Salonistas are about to hit the High Street as salon styling meets session styling a sassy new fusion of hair techniques. The salon stylist eye will access hair wearability, shaping, texture and meticulous grooming. The session stylist eye will be fashion and fantasy focused and looking for a wilder loser feel. The result volumised, just stepped out of a photo shoot hair that is totally wearable.

Eight looks demonstrate the first Salonista collection; an elegant fusion of salon and session looks that are deliberately disheveled yet have adequate structure to maintain a strong shape. The fusion has evolved from the Cobella heritage – over two decades of award winning cutting and finishing mixed with expert session styling techniques.

The looks are achieved by a combination of volumising, backcombing, hair pieces and curling and styling techniques. The service will be available to clients at Cobella salons in Selfridges and Kensington from July 2010 from £75.00.

The Salonista concept is regularly showcased by high profi le actresses who have one thing in common – their hair length, texture and style changes radically and regularly.
