Credit card details are required to secure your appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide 24 hours notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Please be prompt for your appointment as it may not be possible to accommodate late arrivals. During premium times it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 5 minutes late.
First time clients are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to their booking time for beauty appointments. All timings of treatments quoted are approximate and vary from customer to customer, they also include pre and post treatment organisation and time for changing.

Cobellas treatments have been developed after much research into what customers want. The signature facial "Oxygen" is based around the use of pure oxygen infused with over 60 vitamins and minerals which are massaged and then with a jet of pure oxygen are blown gently and soothingly into the skin. WAXING & HAIR REMOVAL
Waxing General Information
Waxing is not without a level of discomfort. But, under the diligent care of Cobella you can be assured that every effort will be made to ensure your treatment is as pain free as possible. We will provide well trained and experienced therapists, we will put in place the most advanced hygienic practices and we will use the best products for the job.
On Arrival
You will be asked to complete a consultation form with various medical details. Our therapist will assess from this the best type of waxing for you. If you have never had waxing before and have a history of known allergy we ask you to undergo a patch test 24 hours before your treatment.
Preparation before your treatment
Intimate Waxing
For hygiene and health and safety reasons we ask that you freshen up in our showers on arrival. You will be provided with a disposable towel and toiletries, along with disposable panties and a spa robe. Once you are ready our therapist will show you to your treatment room.
If at any time during the treatment you feel uncomfortable please let our therapist know.
About our Wax
Cobella's unique waxing products work by ensuring the wax only sticks to the hair and not to the skin, making it almost impossible to receive bruising and skin abrasions. Most people say it is 70% less painful than the more widely used varieties!
Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure your comfort and safety during your time with us however, you should be aware that in rare cases skin can become sore, bruised and swollen. We do not, therefore, recommend that you undertake waxing in sensitive and intimate areas less than 24 hours before you need to look your best.
Cobella uses both the hot wax and warm wax systems
Hot wax is applied with a spatula in thick strips and removed by hand. This wax is particularly suitable for intimate areas. Warm Wax is applied with a spatula in a thin film and removed with a paper or muslin strip.
All clients at Cobella receive their own personal pot of wax which is disposed of at the end of the treatment.
Types of Waxing and Pricing - £18.50 bikini up to £66.00 Hollywood
Brazilian - when the hair is removed from the pubic area leaving a strip of hair approximately 2.5cm (1inch) wide up and over the pubic mound.
Hollywood - When all hair is removed from the pubic and anal area.
Playboy - when all hair is removed from the pubic, buttock and anal area leaving a pencil wide strip of hair up and over the pubic mound.
Bikini Line - When all hair visible outside of the pantie line is removed.
Exended Bikini - When all hair visible outside of the pantie line and about 1 cm within it is removed.
A full range of waxing treatments using strip wax and hot wax. The Hot Wax system uses a specialised hot wax for Brazilian and Hollywood treatments.
IPL
This permanent hair removal treatment is ideal for larger areas and for those wishing to permanently remove hair from any part of the body.
Electrolysis
For small areas and in particular for those annoying small patches of hair in visible areas.

Your environment
We endeavour to provide you with an environment which is tranquil and conducive to relaxation. We would therefore ask that you ensure your mobile phones and pagers are turned off whilst you are with us. Children under the age of 16 are not, we regret permitted to have spa treatments. Babies are not allowed into the spa area under any circumstances. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Courses
Most treatments are available to purchase in a block of courses at a reduced cost. In order to gain the beneficial effects of a course; courses are to be completed within the course time stipulated at your consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Credit card details are required to secure an appointment. Should you wish to change or cancel an appointment we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are available for any treatment, package or amount and can be purchased from reception or by phone.
Retail
We have a fantastic range of products and are happy to recommend a skin care or body routine to enable you to continue your treatment benefits at home. Consultations are confidential and complimentary. We run promotions and events throughout the year leave your e mail with reception and we will keep you informed as they are planned.
Health and Safety during your time with us
If you are a first time client or have booked a spa package we would request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking.

It is vitally important that you inform your therapist if you believe you may be pregnant, are undergoing medical treatment, taking prescribed medication or you have undergone any other treatments such as botox.
All clients are required to have a 24 hour patch test for allergy, prior to their first eyelash or brow tint.
Sun beds should not be used after any massage therapy due to the sensitising effects of oils on the skin.
Heat treatments (steam, sauna, Sun beds) sunbathing and exercise are not recommended prior to or after waxing.
For your comfort it is important to allow sufficient time for digestion and treatments should not be booked directly after eating. Alcohol should not be consumed prior to treatments.
Re-hydration is an important part of Spa therapy. We therefore recommend that you drink plenty of water.
